A gentle mother, a loving daughter, a caring sister and devoted spouse- a single human, multiple responsibility and a firm stand- No. Ever since the term was associated with women’s rights, the idea have received multiple criticisms, over expressing freely, believing in equality, fighting for economic equality; despite receiving multiple setbacks and threats to back down, we stayed firm – We said No.
No because we have the right to deny, the right to choose, the right to give up on the bondages and shackles that have been strangling our liberty and stereotyping our capabilities. A No does not always define a denial of indecent or unsafe advancement , no revolves around women’s right to exercise their will over situation equally like a Man.
We are surrounded by examples of strong women who have fought the conventional mindset of society, defying assumptions that have been shaping our lives over the centuries.
She said No, when she was asked to stop her education, she was gifted with an unusual zeal, she motivated other girls to continue her education and she was shot. She is Malala, a noble prize winner, an inspiration for girls like her who were refused to practice their basic rights.
Today we Boast about Men and Women competing equally in the tide of global Competition, But the only thing we need to question ourselves is- Is our Assumption really true?
I guess we will never know until we look around.#WOMANUFACTURING
