Being one of the manufacturing giants in the cutting tool business, Forbes showcased their products proudly at IMTEX 2019.
The company exhibited solid carbide taps, cutting drills and all cutting tools for that matter in the exhibition under its precision cutting tool sector. Forbes showcased its hero deburring robot under its coding business group for the industrial automation section.
Forbes has two divisions under its umbrella named Bradma and Totem. Bradma is the blooming company dealing with the Automation products and division whereas Totem being their cutting tool division since long.
In the quick interview with Machine Maker Mr. Sanjay (Deputy General Manager) Forbes, shared about the products exhibited at IMTEX and his views for the company’s future.
Products at IMTEX and star attraction
Marketing under their brand Totem, they showcased all the cutting tools, solid carbide taps, solid carbide drills, normal taps, and spring washers. According to Forbes all their products are equally important to them and have significance.
Forbes has been participating at IMTEX since last 15 years and the growth is peerless. “We can say that the major changes here at IMTEX are the visitors” says Mr. Sanjay. He was highly impressed with the number of people visiting IMTEX who were showing a keen interest in their products and stall.
Like most of the participants at IMTEX, Forbes was also following the trend of the live demo at their stall. Every visitor was showing interest at their Deburring Robo.
The customer response and lead generated at this IMTEX was another success for Forbes. Being a machine tool automation division, they had the maximum number of visits from the automobile industry. This is an opportunity for Forbes to expand the business in the automobile.
Expansion plans
Forbes is all set to expand their business in India. They are already planning to set up their centralized manufacturing location in Aurangabad and design center for automation in Pune.
The company is focused to maintain and improve their name in the field of Industrial Automation with much more bigger plans for the future with upgraded technologies.
