BIG ZERO TECHNOLOGY, IMTEX 2019

Big Zero Technology is a solution to every Metrology Need in the market. They are going to showcase their latest innovations at IMTEX 2019. The major focus of the company is to deliver unique high-tech products at affordable prices. Having participated for not less than 12 times at IMTEX, this newly established company is now evolving and is on the verge of becoming a huge part of Manufacturing cycles. With great insights, Big Zero is working hard to deliver manual, customizable and robotized metrology.

Big Zero is the only company in India that focuses mostly on non-contact solutions including sensors, video measuring systems, visions, and other unique portable products.

While talking to TheMachineMakers, the CEO Akshay Singh said, “IMTEX has been a big platform for all of us in the machine tools and metrology sector. Talking with experience the future is going to be all about non-contact metrology. We are right now starting with manual solutions and the idea is to go the automated way. We have a diversified portfolio so we will be showcasing all the non-contact solutions that include Kreon portable scanners, optical trackers also known as metronor, vision machines, scanners from the smart tech, etc”

Talking in detail about the products he added, “India is the biggest growing market for Portable arms. They are portable units that you can carry around. In portable arms, you have two options viz. probing/contact and non-contact. The latter goes with a linear scanner. The latest launch done was of Ace Skyline. The 200mm laser line width and the speed of the Skyline 3D scanner enable to digitize any part in record time. Its high resolution detects the smallest details of the most complex parts. Being perfectly integrated with Ace measuring arm, the Skyline 3D scanner is ergonomic and perfect for scanning without efforts. Talking about optical trackers, they could also be connected to the scanners. It is a highly portable system. The third product is our own Big Zero vision machine. It is basically used for 2D inspections. It can be offered manually and can effortlessly do your work. Apart from these products we have a variety of scanners and similar low-cost products. These scanners can be used for 3D printings, educational and engineering applications.”

GOM is the No.1 market in selling their products that work on a structural principle. They are going to showcase almost all the products of GOM, which will enhance the event. Big Zero is another successful start-up story of innovative minds that previously collaborated with other metrology companies. IMTEX is their platform to showcase their technology and to grab top buyers. “Technology is not going to be successful if it is not globally accepted,” says Mr. Singh.
