KYOCERA CTC PRECISION TOOLS to exhibit precision tools at IMTEX 2019

A Japan-based company, Kyocera, extending its roots to India, in Jamshedpur, is happy to market their precision tools in the upcoming IMTEX 2019 from 24-30 January in Bangalore.

Kyocera CTC Precision Tools Pvt. Ltd. (KCPT) was established as a joint venture company of the Kyocera cutting tool business to service industrial customers in India. Kyocera’s cutting tool business started with the ultra-high-speed ceramic tools which were introduced from Germany in 1971 by Dr. Inamori, founder and chairman emeritus of Kyocera Corporation. Kyocera began producing cutting tools in Japan soon after and today is one of the global leaders in the industrial cutting tool field. KCPT manufactures products in India with the same level of quality and performance as Kyocera products which are made in other countries by using the same materials, machinery, and methods in production and inspection.

Kyocera has completed successful 10 years in India. KCPT started production in Jamshedpur of standard inserts for Indian customers. In Imtex 2019, KCPT is to exhibit different cutting tools which includes such as carbide: a hard material used extensively as cutting tool material, as well as other industrial applications and cermets: a cutting tool material composed mainly of TiC (Titanium Carbide) and TiN (Titanium Nitride) ; ceramic, CBN: Cubic Boron Nitride (CBNTools used for hard machining applications, and PCD: PCD tooling can reduce your tooling cost significantly; Milling tools  are cutting tools typically used in milling machines or machining centers to perform milling operations; Grooving and cut-off tools: Grooving is often done on workpiece shoulders to ensure the correct fit for mating parts.; Threading tools- maintains alignment for accurate, straight threading; Drilling tools; and Boring tools- used to make holes in various materials.
