FICCI and KPMG join hands to host GST seminar
The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) along with Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG), India has scheduled a 1-day seminar on ‘Goods and Service Tax (GST) – New Amendments’ at the Ballroom, Taj Mahal Palace and Tower, Colaba, Mumbai on April 25, 2018 from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
This occasion will be graced by Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar, Hon. Finance Minister of Maharashtra and the GST department’s senior officials. It is expected that this event will be highly interactive in which the latest issues will be addressed by the State Commissionerate of GST, Anti Profiteering Authority, GSTN senior officials, and the KPMG expert panel.
The agenda for this seminar includes topics such as Anti Profiteering rules, Return simplification, GST Network (GSTN) issues, E-way bill, and form simplification. The objective is to have a healthy discussion about our industry’s contemporary operational challenges and the measures available for simplification of the GST regime. A slot has been reserved for the Q&A session, which can be leveraged by participants to put forth their queries.
The organizers have zeroed in on a delegate fee of INR 4,500 + GST per person. In case of bulk registration, a discount will be provided.
