Isbaar, Phir Modi?

Election mood is in full swing across India, and the big question is who is going to be the next Prime Minister? Is it Narendra Modi or (yes we don’t have a confirmed alternative name today).

Rafale deal is the biggest weapon used by Rahul Gandhi, as Dassault Rafale chose Anil Ambani’s Reliance as their offshore partner. Demonetisation and GST are the other two major setbacks opposition is projecting during their campaigns. On the other hand, a surgical air strike will take the center stage as the major campaign for the ruling party. This shows the political maturity of Indian voters, on what basis we select our representatives to run the country for the next 5 years!

For the manufacturing industry, Modi started with Make In India campaign, which sure given a boost to manufacturers across India and improved indigenous manufacturing in the critical sectors like Defence and aerospace industry. We also have seen Modi’s extensive foreign tours brought new hope to NRIs and improved relationship with countries across the globe.

It is true that Modi can return successfully if the religious polarisation of Hindus is done. In states like Kerala and West Bengal, religious polarisation was considered political immaturity (apart from Indian Union Muslim League) the discussions are about how Hindus are sidelined and taken for granted. This is sure disturbing for us as a nation when the majority come together on destructive agendas, but anyone thought what made India think this in its last seven decades of Independence. Isn't this also true, that the equations and strategies of other parties, bulk voting of minority votes + dividing majority votes by caste = numbers, which is followed by years!

A small British East India Company used Divide and Rule policy to conquer selfish Indians and finally divided bit and pieces of this country, and we still fighting each other. All the political parties who came after regardless of whoever served the country first, use the same strategies to seize the political power. This can be accounted as the reason to why India, an extraordinary nation, is still not able to develop due to its ignorant populace.

You cannot blame the politicians in power if you don’t use your right to choose wisely. Wishing all a great time enjoying the biggest democratic drama in the globe till 23rd May 2019.
