Allcargo Logistics, India’s largest integrated logistics solutions provider, has appointed Sushil Kumar Rathi as Director – Supply Chain for Allcargo Supply Chain, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics Limited. In his new role, Rathi will be responsible for acquiring large contracts, procuring warehouses and transportation, and driving growth in the company’s contract logistics business.
Rathi brings four decades of experience in sales and distribution, marketing, channel management, supply chain management, procurement, and business and IT consulting. Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Business at Mahindra Logistics Limited, where he was credited with developing the auto outbound, e-commerce, and express logistics business of the company. Rathi also serves as an independent director on the boards of Welspun One Logistics Parks Private Limited and Welspun One Logistics Parks Development Management Private Limited.
Sushil Kumar Rathi’s appointment is in line with Allcargo Logistics’ strategy to strengthen its mid and senior-level capabilities through lateral hiring. The company aims to further strengthen its leadership team by onboarding CXOs in key positions to drive value-led growth.

Rathi will report to Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, Managing Director of Allcargo Supply Chain.
