I think, to take such a decision and to work on it, we need to rethink about the word – ‘Challenge’. The best way out is to change the frame of reference towards looking at it and strategize to cater to the requirement. The initial requirements for our team were to prepare a clear framework on proposition to our customers, effective management and allocation of the resources, basic company registration process and planning the sufficient funds for initial 1.5 to 2 years of operation.”

He believes that schemes like Startup India and Make in India are absolutely vital for the overall development of our country as they propose elimination ofoperational glitches for recognized startups by offering them tax exemptions and suitable funding. It should be discussed on ground level and there should be an automated process from the government's side for approaching the newly registered companies and provide them customized support for their initial evolution, provide them tailor made investment options, seed funding opportunities, government courtesy consultants and operational encouragement etc.
On trends of adopting futuristic technologies by the Indian manufacturers, Mr. Sinha says, “The upliftment of whole industry from price sensitivity to a holistic view is still a big topic to handle, the manufactures will take time to adapt to the modern technology offered by startups like Tecroot Space. When a new item or component 3D design is created, the company can immediately and independently start the first product prototype phase, verifying the technical and dimensional constraints, evaluating the aesthetic aspects and making potential functional tests. Thanks to this, some possible item imperfections can easily be identified and quickly modified; after these potential changes, prototyping process can be repeated as many times as necessary, until the final version of the expected item is produced. The ease with which the prototypes are produced compared to a few years ago has enabled many small businesses to become independent in the digital transformation of models.”

The biggest joy in this world is to create something, something which does not exist! A startup will be one of your best contributions to the society. It helps increasing the economy of the country which is necessary to accommodate new graduates/ job pursuers coming into the workers strength every year. One must have a different approach towardseach challenge coming his way. Our innovations can improve the standard of people’s lives. Focus more on optimal usage of available resources. We must respect and secure the resources as they are limited, but our future generations are unlimited."
