Graduating from one of the premier institutions of the country IIT Delhi, Abhinav started his career with top financial companies such as KPMG & BCG in management consulting. “As a kid, many of us imagine becoming scientists, engineers, and creators. But often this spark is crushed early on by our school and college system. I too was sucked into the standard path of doing engineering from an IIT and then working in consulting for firms such as KPMG & BCG. My only ambition at that point was to go for an MBA abroad from a premier B-school”, shares Abhinav about his initial days.
A regular job was not he was actually destined for, and technologies like Drones, 3D printing, VR, AR, and Deep Learning were way outside of his purview that thrilled him. Inspired by this tech revolution, Abhinav resigned from the job to buck the odds in this ocean of possibilities. He pulled in Ankit first and spent 6 months learning everything possible in the rising field of AI and started taking up client projects. Soon after that Ravikant came in and the three began their own company, working with Enterprise clients to enable them with AI solutions. They started working with Fortune 500 companies in India and the US on a variety of Machine Learning problems.

Explains Abhinav, “We figured out that by leveraging CCTV feed and analyzing it via AI a lot of the current monitoring and supervision can be automated. The CCTV feed across the floor provides the bird’s eye view of the entire floor and can be leveraged for ensuring real-time coordination”. The data can also be used for generating alerts and reminders via WhatsApp messages to predict and prevent delays even before they occur. And once this data is available – it can be used to make data-led process optimizations for systemically solving bottlenecks.
